APSIM Symposium and Advanced Training Workshops
New dates: 13th – 15th APRIL 2021
The APSIM Initiative is conducting a 1-day update symposium followed by a 2-day advanced training event in April 2021 in Brisbane.
We invite all parties interested in the on-going development and application of the Agricultural Production Systems sIMulator (APSIM) to the 1-day APSIM Symposium. The intent is to
- showcase advances in modelling and simulation of agricultural systems
- identify challenges and new opportunities for future research and application
- engage in discussion with colleagues on agricultural systems modelling and simulation
The program is set to highlight key APSIM developments and related scientific success stories. The Symposium will also provide an update on the latest technology and innovations including the new work in APSIM Next Generation.
A 2-day Advanced Training event will be conducted immediately after The APSIM Symposium. Both events will be held at the QLD Biosciences Precinct at the University of Queensland (St Lucia). Information about how to get to the event can be found here.
The APSIM Symposium will be held in Brisbane on Tuesday 13th of April 2021. For more information, please see here. For the Advanced Training, we are offering 9 half day workshops over 2 days. For more information, please see here. Attendees may register for 1 or more workshops.
Pricing Structure
1-Day Symposium (April 13, 2021) – $300; Student Rate $150. Includes networking event from 5-8pm
1/2 Day Advanced Training Workshops (April 14, 15; 2021) – $150 per workshop.
