Ruminant initial cohorts
CLEM.Resources.RuminantInitialCohorts
Defines the initial ruminant herd size and composition.

The size and composition of the ruminant herd needs to be provided prior to performing a simulation. The Initial cohorts component is used to hold a list of Initial cohort components and one instance of this component is required for each Ruminant type that is provided in the Ruminant herd of the Resources.
A cohort is a group of individuals with something in common. In this case they are of the same breed, gender and age (or born at the same time). You will need to provide one Ruminant initial cohort component for each cohort where there is at least one individual at the start of the simulation.

The following components are required to set up this resource

The Ruminant initial cohort component defines the number of individuals of each age and sex for the Ruminant type below which this Ruminant initial cohorts list is placed.

The following components will add additional functionality to this component

A Set attribute with value component below this cohorts holder will ensure the attribute and associated value will be applied to all individuals.
