Labour pricing
CLEM.Resources.LabourPricing
Sets the pay rate schedule for individuals.

A pay rate is required whenever an activity needs to value labour such as hire labour or determine income earned from off farm work. The pricing schedule is set using this Labour pricing component that holds a list of Labour price group components. One instance of this component is required for the Labour resource of the Resources. Prices are set in the Labour resource so that any activity can find and even modify pay rates throughout the simulation.
This component allows for detailed pricing rules to be applied to the labour pool and for this reason may take a bit of thought to set up, but you should find it easy enough for simple pricing. Each Labour price group defines the pay rate for a group of individuals. The individuals for the price group are set using filters (see Filtering and sorting individuals). When the pray rate of an individual is required, CLEM steps through the price groups from the top of the list downward until it finds a filter that matches. This is the easiest way to test how well your pricing structure works. It is best to put the most specific groups at the top of the list and it is suggested youngest individuals.
Single price.
The simplest pricing structure involves a single price for all individuals (such as $2 per kg live weight). For this example a single Labour price group is added with no filters provided. This will therefore apply to the entire population.
Different pay for family and hired labour.
This scenario would require two price groups. The first could have the parameter "Hired" set to true, and the second entry could have no filter to catch all remaining entries, that by nature will be family labour.

The following components are required to set up this component

The Labour price group is a filtering group with parameters for setting pay rates. It requires filters and sorts to set the rules defining which individuals are included in its group.
