An automated report to provide herd attribute summary details

This report will present the summarised (mean and standard deviation) of the values associated with an Attribute of a specified group of individuals along with the number of individuals with the Attribute and the total number of individuals in the group.

The following parameters are used to define this activity and are entered under the Properties tab in the user interface

The tag (label) representing the attribute to summarise.

Indicates whether the details are reported after resource initialisation (herd set up) at the start of the simulation.

This switch is used to include the summary details for the last mate of a female breeder. This will help investigate the change in genetics from difference between breeding individuals.

The following components are required for this report

A Ruminant group is required to specify the individuals to use for the summary. An Ruminant group with no filters will use the entire herd.

The following components will add additional functionality to this activity

An Interval timer can be added below this report to control the reporting interval, otherwise this report is generated every time step (month)

This component will add a Report as a child which is used to manage writing values to the database. The values in this report are automatically updated at the start of each run and therefore should not be altered.

This report allows the tracking of mean value associated with a Attribute with a specified tag.
