TAV_AMP
TAV_AMP (559kb) - Calculate values of annual average ambient
temperature (TAV) and annual amplitude in mean monthly temperature (AMP) for an APSIM met file
and insert these values with keywords into the met file. (nb. This is used when creating your own met files)
Updated 2nd August 2011 to accept years out to 2300
Documentation.
For a GUI version of TAV AMP please click here to download and then unzip it to somewhere on your hard drive. Then double click "TavAmpGUI.exe", after browsing to and selecting your .met file, then click the GO button and you will see it has added the tav and amp to the top of the .met file. TAMET
TAMET (1.91Mb) - This program was originally
developed by B. H. Wall of the CSIRO Div. of Tropical Crops and
Pastures in 1977. It performs a range of checks on weather files for
consistency. It has been adapted to check APSIM .met files and now
comes with a GUI. Documentation.
Analysis1.xls
Analysis1.xls (116kb) - This spreadsheet,
developed by Neil Huth, will import APSIM output files using a user
specified filespec. When opening, click "Enable macros" if
prompted by Excel.
Analysis2.xls
Analysis2.xls (124kb) - This spreadsheet,
developed by Neil Huth, will import specific APSIM output files using a user

Control file generator
Control file generator (1.1Mb) - This tool
generates APSIM control and parameters files in a factorial
combination given a template file and parameter values that are
specified in the user interface. Documentation.
APSIM File Generator
APSIMFileGen.zip (3.6Mb) - This file generator has been adapted from
the Control File Generator. It is a very basic tool to facilitate generation of factorial simulations.
It uses a macro substitution system where user macros in a control file template are replaced with values
at generation time. Some documentation is included in the .zip file.
