I agree it would be nice to have a hyperlinked summary file. We've been thinking about that for some time. We just don't have the resources to do it unfortunatley.
For now, I've put in buttons at the top of the Apsim UI window for jumping straight to errors and warnings. The summary window will also automatically jump to errors as soon as the user clicks on the summary file.

| It would be VERY nice is the summary file headings were hyperlinked with an index at the top so that finding errors/particular events was a lot easier than having to scroll through lines of text
