I've fixed this so that the title written to the output files takes the paddock name into account.

The auto titling of output files isn't working properly when there are multiple paddocks in a single simulation. The titles are all the same. This then confuses the graphing and EXCEL functions. Manually adding titles in the variables window in the GUI fixes the problem.
