Plant, Sorghum & Cropmod are mostly consistent in r4063.

If the 'SkipRow' argument to a sow command exists and is non-zero, it is used.

>> NB. Sorghum 'SkipRow' code (1,1.5,2) still has a different meaning from plant (0,1,2)! <<

If the 'Skip' argument is defined, they look for a string like "solid", "single", or "double".

sowing events have two arguments for skiprow configuration: skip (a string) and skiprow (a double, treated as integer).

Sorghum ignores skiprow, and calculates its own internal multiplier (Model/Sorghum/Plant.cpp:190)

Plant uses SkipRow to derive the same internal multiplier ((2.0 + skip_row)/2.0) (Model/Plant/PlantSpatial.cpp:95)

No error or warning is given if either parameter is specified but unused.
