Done. I've also found several instances of incorrect using for forest plants in the Examples directory.

The Establish Bambatsi Pasture manager rule in the Manager examples of the Standard Toolbox has the GUI parameter density labelled as
  Enter sowing density  (plants/m2) :
This should be (plants/ha) instead.
