Currently ASPIM DLLs do not contain a "VersionInfo" resource, and when queried with "getComponentDescription", the returned description always indicates the version to be 1.0. It would  be useful if component DLLs (a) contained a VersionInfo resource, so that the release version of a DLL can be readily identified (and with the additional benefits of containing Copyright information, etc.) and (b) indicated their APSIM version in their descriptions returned by "getComponentDescription".
