| I've reworked ApsimRun so that it's threading works a lot better, not allowing ContoSim or ApsimToSim to block the thread.

| ApsimRun is very slow on Bob when doing lots of really small simulations e.g. the yieldprophet 1 year validation runs. I think the problem is with the new ApsimToSim.
